Beauties.pk delivers to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful order confirmation and payment verification (where applicable).

  • Orders placed on business days are usually processed within 1 business day.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales, promotional campaigns, or peak shopping seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Free Shipping is available on eligible orders as advertised on our website.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, no delivery charges will be added at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • Shipment confirmation
  • Courier tracking number (where available)

You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment until delivery.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will usually make one or more delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • The customer is unavailable
  • An incorrect address was provided
  • The phone number is unreachable
  • The shipment is refused

the order may be returned to Beauties.pk.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.

7. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:

  • Full name
  • Complete address
  • City
  • Valid mobile number

Beauties.pk is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in most serviceable areas across Pakistan.

Customers are requested to:

  • Keep the exact payment amount ready where possible.
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.

Beauties.pk reserves the right to restrict Cash on Delivery for certain locations, high-value orders, or customers with repeated order refusals.

9. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier operational delays
  • Road closures
  • Political or civil disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • High order volumes during sales or festive seasons

Beauties.pk will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant delays.

10. Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be damaged upon delivery, please:

  • Take clear photographs of the package before opening it.
  • Record an unboxing video, if possible.
  • Contact our customer support within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

11. Partial Shipments

In rare cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages due to:

  • Product availability
  • Warehouse operations
  • Courier limitations

You will be notified if your order is being delivered in more than one shipment.

12. Order Refusal

Customers may refuse delivery only if:

  • The package is visibly damaged before acceptance.
  • The wrong parcel has been delivered.

Refusing a correctly fulfilled order without a valid reason may affect eligibility for Cash on Delivery on future orders.

13. Failed Deliveries & Returned Orders

If an order is returned to Beauties.pk because:

  • The customer was unavailable.
  • The address provided was incorrect.
  • The parcel was refused without a valid reason.
  • The courier could not contact the customer.

Beauties.pk may:

  • Contact the customer to arrange re-delivery.
  • Charge additional shipping fees for re-dispatch.
  • Cancel the order where appropriate.

14. Force Majeure

Beauties.pk shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemics
  • Strikes
  • Civil unrest
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Technical failures affecting courier services
